Rob is the Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Encina Capital Partners. Prior to joining Encina, he worked at GE Capital for 16 years where he led their Restructuring, Retail and Metals & Mining lending verticals. Rob also held a variety of leadership roles in which he was responsible for two integrations, strategic pricing across 10 divisions, a 200-person front-end recruitment project, and obtained Six Sigma Quality Leader certification.

Prior to GE, Rob worked at ABN AMRO for 13 years where he managed non-performing corporate and commercial real estate loans and held a position on ABN AMRO’s North American Credit Committee.

Rob holds a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University and an MBA from Northwestern University.
